Step-by-step instructions to cook

Prep

Grind coriander leaves, green chilies, chaat masala, and a pinch of salt to make chutney.

Boil or steam beetroot and potatoes, then peel and slice them.

Peel and thinly slice onion, cucumber, and tomatoes.

Butter the bread slices and spread the chutney.
