A tasty, tangy, and spicy rice dish made with cooked rice, spices, and tomatoes. Tomato rice is a good option for packed meal boxes.
Cooked White Rice

Tomatoes
3 medium
Salt

Cooking
Heat olive oil, add cinnamon, cloves, and cumin seeds and let it crackle.
Add few curry leaves, five cloves of garlic and two slit green chilies and mix.
Add small onions with salt and turmeric powder and cook for two minutes.
Add roughly chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook until the tomatoes are cooked through.
Open and cook on low flame and cook until oil begins to separate, switch off the flame and let it cool.
Add cooked rice and mix rice gently until combined.
