A guilt-free, healthy and spicy snack that is made with peanuts in the oven and air fryer.
Peanuts, Raw
0.5 cup
Besan
2 tbsp
Corn Flour
1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder
0.25 Tsp
Garam Masala
0.25 Tsp
Chaat Masala
0.25 Tsp
Turmeric
0.125 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste
0.5 Tsp
Carom Seeds

Curry Leaves

Prep
Rinse and drain the peanuts well.
Coat the peanuts with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, chaat masala, turmeric, garam masala, curry leaves, carom seeds and salt.
Add besan, corn flour and a little water and mix with the peanuts.
Cooking
Spread the coated peanuts on a baking tray, spray oil all over lightly and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crunchy.
