Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour

0.75 cup

Salt

0.25 tsp

Cold Pressed Olive Oil

Garam Masala

Red Chilli Powder

Step-by-step instructions to cook

Prep

For the filling - finely chop the onions & green chillies. Mix them together and set aside.

For the parathas - Make a dough by combining whole wheat flour, oil, salt and enough.

Knead well, cover and set the dough aside for 20 to 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll out thick rotis from each ball using a bit of flour for dusting .

Add the prepared filling n the centre of the dough and sprinkle one or two pinches of garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Bring together the edges of the dough to seal it.

Dust some flour and roll it into a thin or thick paratha as per your preference

Cooking

Heat a tawa ( flat pan) on medium-high or high flame.

Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.

Drizzle some oil and cook the paratha until it is evenly cooked and browned on both sides.
