A mild and delicious parantha that is made with a mix of spices and grated radish with wheat flour.
Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup
Radish
0.5 cup
Salt
1 pinch
Water
0.125 cup
Sunflower Oil
1.5 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp
Turmeric
0.125 tsp
Cumin Powder
0.125 Tsp
Garam Masala
0.5 tsp
Prep
Make a dough by combining whole wheat flour, grated and rinsed radish, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and enough water.
Knead well, cover, and set the dough aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll out parathas from each ball using a bit of flour for dusting.
Cooking
Heat a dosa tawa(flat pan) and place a paratha on it.
Cook on one side, flip over and cook on the other side using some oil until it is crispy and golden.
