A famous North Indian roti made with a blend of whole wheat flour, besan, ajwain, and coriander leaves, which give out a very appetizing aroma when cooked to perfection.
Whole Wheat Flour

Besan
0.25 cup
Green Chillies
0.5 tbsp
Carom Seeds
0.5 tsp
Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp

Prep
Chop, green chillies and coriander.
In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, besan, onion, green chilli, and carom seeds.
Knead into a stiff dough using water.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll out rotis from each ball using a bit of wheat flour for dusting.
Cooking
Heat a non-stick tawa and cook the roti using a little oil, till it turns golden brown from both sides.
