A delicious and spicy Bengali-style mutton curry that is full of flavours from mutton and spices.
Lamb Cuts
250 gram
Onion Raw

Bay Leaf

Tomatoes
0.25 cup
Turmeric

Prep
Wash and cut the mutton into pieces as desired.
Chop the tomatoes
Cooking
In a kadai, heat mustard oil.
Add whole spices.
Add onion paste. Saute well.
Add mutton pieces. Mix well.
Add dry powdered spices and salt. Mix well.
Add tomato. Mix well and cook till soft.
Add curd, mix and then cover.
Add water and cook covered for 40 min. Serve hot.
