A tantalizing coastal delight consisting of succulent prawns cooked in luscious curry made with tomatoes, onions, spices, finished with coconut milk.

Cooking
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add onions.
Sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft and translucent.
Add ginger, garlic, and green chillies Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in ground turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, and red chilli powder. Sauté for a minute until aromatic.
Add tomato paste and sauté for a few seconds.
Add prawns and water to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring it to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5-10 minutes, depending on prawn size, until they are fully cooked.
Add coconut milk and simmer for 1 more minute.
Garnish with coriander (cilantro) leaves before serving.
