Prep
Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, red bell pepper (capsicum), black olives, and dill leaves.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together extra virgin, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
