A refreshing and colorful salad made with a variety of seasonal fruits, tossed with chaat masala, lemon juice, and spices, offering a burst of flavors and textures.

Prep
Boil or steam sweet potatoes until tender.
Rinse, peel, and chop them into cubes.
Chop the fruits, and optionally, rub a bit of lemon juice on the banana and apple pieces to prevent browning and add a sour hint.
Cooking
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sweet potato cubes until they're light golden.
Place them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
In a bowl, add the chopped fruits, boiled sweet potatoes, and fried potatoes.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture.
Sprinkle spice powders and salt to taste.
Toss and mix thoroughly to coat the fruits and tubers with the spices.
Taste and adjust the seasonings, adding more salt or lemon juice if needed.
Serve the fruit chaat garnished with mint leaves.
