A refreshing and nutritious dish made with fresh corn kernels, colorful vegetables, and a zesty dressing garnished with fresh herbs.
Corn Kernals
2 cob
Onion Raw
1 small
Cucumber
1 small
Red Chilli Powder
1 pinch
Cumin Powder
0.25 Tsp
Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp
Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp

Prep
Rinse corn kernels and boil them in salted water until cooked. Drain and add it to a bowl.
Wash and finely chop onion, cucumber, and coriander.
Cooking
Mix together the chopped onion, cucumber, and coriander with the boiled corn.
Sprinkle with red chili powder, roasted cumin powder (jeera powder), and lemon juice to taste.
Mix everything thoroughly and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
