A delightful & tangy street food snack made with sweet corn kernels tossed in a flavorful blend of spices, herbs, and tamarind chutney.
Corn Kernals
1 cob
Water
0.25 cup
Salt

Prep
Rinse corn kernels and boil them in salted water until cooked. Drain and set aside.
Wash and cut tomato, coriander leaves, green chilies, and onions.
Cooking
Mix corn kernels with tomato, coriander leaves, green chilies, and onions in a bowl.
Add salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, and coriander leaves and mix.
Srep 3 Top with nylon sev and serve immediately.
