A delicious dish consisting of fluffy omelette cooked with beaten eggs, mixed veggies, served between two slices of toasted bread.
Whole wheat bread
2 slice
Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1 tbsp
Eggs
4 egg
Salt
1 pinch
Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp
Turmeric
1 pinch
Black Pepper Powder
1 pinch
Prep
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add salt as per taste, red chilli powder, turmeric and black pepper powder and stir.
Cooking
Heat oil/ghee/butter on low heat on a tawa/flat pan.
Add the omelet mixture and spread it well.
Take a bread slice and dip it in the omelet mixture and flip the bread and rest it on the omelet.
Similarly, dip the other bread slices in the omelet and flip the bread and rest them on the omelet.
Cook the bread omelet perfectly on both sides on a medium flame.
Remove the bread omelet from the tawa and cut the bread slices diagonally.
