A simple yet tasty salad that is made with sweet beets, crisp onion, olive oil and vinegar.
Beet Roots
2 large
Onion Raw
1 medium
Fresh Garlic
1 clove
Salt And Pepper
1 pinch
Olive Oil
0.125 cup
Cider Vinegar
0.75 tbsp
Prep
Boil the washed beetroot until soft and tender
Once the beets are tender, drain them, and once cooled down peel them, and cut them into slices.
Slice the onion and garlic and set aside.
For the dressing, whisk extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cider vinegar in a small bowl.
Cooking
On a plate, place beetroot slices, and top with onions and garlic.
Pour over the prepared dressing, mix well and serve.
